Field Use Regulations

1. All posted parking regulations must be followed (failure to follow parking regulations on Ike Dixon Rd. cost WOYSA the use of two fields at Camillus Middle School).
   • No parking in posted fire lanes at any school. 
   • At Bishop Ludden use the gravel lot first and the St. Camillus lot for overflow parking.  Do not park in the fire lane!
2. School teams have first priority for the use of all fields at all times.  We cannot take a field until they are finished for the day.
3. All teams should pick up their own trash.  However, the team that is not taking down nets is responsible for picking up any and all remaining trash on the field.  (Again, this is a sore subject with the Towns when permit applications are reviewed.)

1. Santaro Park is not available for any practices.  This is a game location only.
2. Kings Park is available Sunday, Monday and Friday only.  Only softball has permits for other nights.
3. Howlet Hill is available Sunday, Monday and Friday only.  Only softball has permits for other nights.
4. St. Ann's is available after 6:00 PM only.  This location is large enough for a few teams to practice at one time.
5. Split Rock's fields, both large and small, are open for practices every night.  This location is large enough for a few teams to practice at one time.
6. Grand Ave. is available every night.  It is encouraged that this location be used because there are no restrictions.
7. Camillus Middle School:  Permits are issued by the Town of Camillus.  WOYSA has permits for three fields only - The U8 field, the mid-size and the large field - all located near each other at the west end of the parking lot/loop road.  No permits have been issued for the use of the fields nearer to Ike Dixon Rd., and we should not use those fields.
8. Shove Park - The small field on Whedon Rd. is available for practices.  We have not scheduled games at this location due to its poor drainage.  It may be used, if conditions are acceptable, for make-up games.
9. Cancelled and Make-up games are not to be held without first contacting your Division Director and the Referee Coordinator who will confirm field availability for the time/date/location of the make-up game.  The CNY League has the scheduled use of certain fields on weeknights.
