WOYSA's On Line Registration Process Beginning in the fall of 2008 WOYSA has used an online registration process for both Recreational and Crew programs. To register your child for one of our programs you must use our on line registration process. We no longer accept paper registrations for any of our programs. If you have previously registerd a child during either the fall 2008 or 2009 walk in registrations an on line account may have been created for you with the information you provided. To check, please skip to the directions below regarding account log in.

If you are new to WOYSA or have not regsitered a child since the Fall of 08 you must create a new account.
• Click on the registration link to get to the Account Log In page.
• On the account log in page click on the New User - Create Account button.
• When you get to step 1 that allows you to search for an existing player, click on the Skip button.
• Make sure the button "Registering a youth in my family" is selected and click the next button.
• Enter all required information in the parent/guardian, account access and child sections.
• If you will be regsitering more than one child, click the Add a Child button.
• Once your account is created, follow the directions below to register for a program.

If you have already created a user account and\or regsitered a player on-line since the Fall of 08.
• Click on the registration link to get to the Account Log In page.
• Log into your account using your existing username and password. (Click Forgot my password you do not remeber your password.
• If your email has changed, please email us at registration@woysa.org and we will help you access your account.
• Once logged in, you will see the members of your account listed.
• Next to the name of the child you would like to register click the Register button.
• Select the program you would like to register your child in and follow the instructions to add a program to your cart and check out.

NOTE: Creating an account does NOT register your child for any programs. Please refer to the directions above to ensure your child is registered..


NOTE: Your child will not be officially registered or eligible for play until the check out process is complete and payment has been made via credit card on line. We no longer accept paper registration forms and we no longer accept payment via check.
