CAMILLUS PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Coaching Guidelines
The goal of the Camillus Player Development Program/Camillus Crew is to develop players to the best of their ability in their respective age groups. The goal of the coach is to make sure that each player is given the opportunity to develop at his own speed. All players will develop at different rates, and coaches need to be aware of each player and their individual needs. It is our responsibility as coaches to cater to the players and give them the information and attention that they need to improve.
