Who is this program for?
The W.O.Y.S.A. Crew Soccer Program is for players and parents that are truly committed to soccer, and want to improve their individual and team skills.

What does this program entail?
Our indoor sessions are played at the Ultimate Goal in Marcellus, and most of our teams will play in the CNYJSA league during the outdoor session. Sessions include one game and a minimum of one training session per week. We play in one tournament as a club, in July in Niagara Falls at Fort Niagara State Park. It is a huge success each year.

When does the program begin?
Winter 1 – End October to January
Winter 2 – January to late March/Early
Spring/Summer - April to June depending on age group. Younger age groups start earlier. All age groups last for 8- 10 weeks.

What is the cost of Travel Soccer?
**Yearly Price: $725.00 + uniform if paid in installments
                       $675.00 + uniform if paid in full by October 31st, 2007
(Take $25.00 off either price if you complete the US Youth Soccer Positive Parenting online class and produce the certificate. www.usyouthsoccer.org)
**Yearly price includes all three sessions/ NYSWYSA insurance, player pass and fees, indoor league fees, outdoor league fees, referee fees, paid experienced coaches, indoor field times for training, and team registration fees for Niagara Pioneer Soccer Tournament in July, as well as other necessary fees.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. There will be an initial $125.00 due with registration, and then the remaining balance will be paid in 3 installments of $200.00 each. The schedule is as follows: First installment due November 15th, 2007; second installment due January 1st, 2007; and third installment due February 20th, 2007

How do I register my child?
In order for your child to be considered registered, we need the following forms/deposit. Fill out the attached registration form, and medical release form and send it along with a $125.00 deposit (credited towards total owed), to Wendy Fascia, PO Box 83 Warners NY 13164. We also need you to send in a copy of their birth certificate and a small picture to be used for a player pass.
Note: We cannot register your child for Crew if you have a past unpaid balance with us. That balance must be paid in full along with the $125.00 registration fee before we place your child on a team. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

When is registration due?
Registration, along with the above forms/deposit and picture, are due by October 15th, 2007.

What is the cost of the uniform, and where will I get it?
We are still finalizing the details with the uniform vendor and will have details to follow. Each player will be required to purchase a uniform pack at our local vendor which will be theirs to keep.
