Parents,

Thank you all very much for being part of this organization.  We are proud of what this club has achieved in it's very short history, and excited about what the future holds.  In an effort to continue to offer a good product it is important to hear the views of the community. Please take a few minutes to complete the attached Club Evaluation Form.  Your responses and comments will go a long way with how we structure the program in the future.  If you don't want to complete the form, but have some comments, please e-mail kpflynn13@gmail.com .  Please try to remain constructive and objective in your responses.  Positive feedback is always welcome, as we are interested to hear what you think this club does well, so we can continue on that path.

We are also a bit concerned, as the Crew organization is seriously understaffed.  There are too few people doing too much work to make this organization tick.  Many of your concerns would probably be eliminated if we had some additional volunteers to help with the day to day operations of this club.  If you are interested in volunteering please let me know or fill in your e-mail address in the section provided in the evaluation form.
